If a Well-Control situation occurs with updated hole geometry, as soon as the shut in drill pipe (SIDDIP) has been determined a Pump Strokes vs. Pressure schedule can be printed out very quickly. The schedule is based on the "constant bottom hole pressure method" which is the best way, in my opinion, of "KILLING" a well.
Hole geometry is very quickly updated using drop-down menus to select any API standard drill pipe or Casing. For any non-standard pipe the data may be manually entered. From this information other data is calculated such as pump strokes for "Bottoms Up", etc.
This program was written to make the Company representative's job of being aware of the current drilling situation and circumstances quick and easy.
